We've just added this very fine Cava to our range of sparkling wines. The house was founded in 1796 and the first sparkle was introduced in 1921. A family owned business now in its third generation.
This iconic Cava is aged for 36 months in bottle. It has an intense, elegant nose with notes of ripe white fruits with citrus characters. A creamy mousse with a long lingering finish.
