Trockenbeerenauslese is made from selected grape affected by noble rot. Noble rot is the term used for grapes that are shrivelled with the rot almost appearing like a raisin; therefore being very sweet and have am intense rich flavour, many with a caramel and honey aroma.
Grapes for these wines are hand picked, labour intensive & therefore come in 37.5cl bottles
