Campari
An italian bitter aperitif made with bitter herbs and aromatic plants and fruit including the chinotto which is a bitter citrus fruit grown in Sicily.
Campari was invented in 1860 by Gaspare Campari and the original secret recipe is still used today.
Drink as a pre-dinner drink or as a long drink in the summer. Just as soda water.
