Half litre of fresh lemon juice
half litre os pisco (40% vol)
6 spoon full of icing sugar (adjust to your taste)
dash of cinnamon on top of glasses
add some ice in the blender or put in freezer for a bit
1.1/2oz brandy
10z lemon juice
1 egg white
1/2 tsp very fine granulated sugar
Dash of angostura
Shake with cracked ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with orange slice and cherry
