2 measures of orange juice

Chilled Champagne

There are variatons to the traditional Buck's Fizz

Bellni:

Use peach juice instead of orange juice & crushed ice instead of cubes. Garnish with peach slice

Caribbean Champagne

1/2 tsp rum & 1/2 tsp creme de  banane instead of orange juice and serve in a chilled champagne flute. Garnish with banana

Mimosa

4 measures each of orange juice and champagne
