POSTAGE
We try to keep our postage rated simple so postage to UK is charged at a flat fee of £6.99 per order.
Please allow 5 - 7 days for shipping. If you need this for a special occasion or needs to be with you by a certain day please ring or email for a more detailed postage update.
Should you wish to send items outside of the UK please contact us via email or telephone - should we send items overseas please be aware that Delmonico's cannot be held responsible for any alcohol restrictions that may be breached by the importation of your order and you may be responsible for any alcohol duty and local sales taxes. We suggest that you contact your local authority for guidelines / advice.
RETURNS
Under EU distance selling regulations you may cancel your order within 7 days. We cannot accept returns if opened/tampered with. Full refund will be given less postage - returns are at buyer cost. A refund will only be issued on receipt of goods undamaged and unbroken.
