Celery Stuffed with Gorgonzola Cream
Ingredients:
200g Mascarpone 100g Gorgonzola Cheese 12 Celery Sticks 2 medium sized onions 1 Tablespoon finely chopped celery 1 glass Marsala wine milk, paprika, salt
Method:
Put in a mixer the mascarpone, gorgonzola cheese and the finely chopped onions. Blend for a minute until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and add a pinch of paprika, the Marsala wine and the tablepoon of chopped celery. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Cut the celery in 2.5 inche pieces and fill with the mixture
Serves approx 6 people and makes a wonderful starter or nibbles at a pary/bar-b-que
